Experience in the Business Line
Our CEO Luis León Pórtela López is an aviation pilot with more than 23,000 hours of international flights. His American license as a transport pilot, has allowed him to know the needs of the different airports, a situation that has benefited the company, thus achieving the strengthening of operations.
At present he dedicates 100% of his time to direct the company by an administrative structure, which facilitates efficient decision-making according to the position.
Operating Process
Our Operational Process includes service activities, oriented towards the satisfaction of our clients, this way fulfilling our objectives of air dispatch services, ground assistance, weight and balance.
It has the operational certificate (CO-DE / AT / -004) approved by the General Directorate of Civil Aviation, for a period of 15 years
Responsabilidad
Maintenance and Current State of the Goods
The Company has a Maintenance Department, with all its processes controlled, documented and audited under established standards. The machinery used in our services is of advanced technology models from 2017 to 2005.
Each have maintenance plans: preventive, corrective, records and statistics for continuous improvement.
We have the ability to simultaneously serve several flights, whether cargo and / or passengers.
Quality and Environment
We have a quality control department, which is the entity that supervises the good operations of the company.
Specialized technical staff, who perform daily prevention and control tasks on all operations carried out by the company internally and externally.
We established control, documentation and archiving methods to ensure good work practices.
In compliance with national and international laws, Aerojet of Costa Rica has the corresponding operating permits, policies and authorizations.
Installed Capacity
Our company has trained and educated human resources to meet the needs of our customers. It has the necessary specialized machinery, which due to its versatility and quantity, a 24/7 service is provided every day of the year.
